The apartment is in fact a proper flat on the ground floor of a four-level house. Large enough (47m²) to accommodate up to 6 guests: for 2 it is quite airy and luxurious, for 4 it's friendly, for 6 it's rather economic. Main front looking southeast, the morning sun can be enjoyed on the balcony with the stunning view of the Grimming North Face in the background.

The place consists of three rooms of which one is a bathroom, one is a separate bedroom and one is a large living room incorporating the kitchen. All this is extended by the beautiful balcony.

Equipment

• Bathroom: shower, toilet, washbasin.
• Bedroom: double bed, chests.
• Kitchen: cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, sink, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker, kettle, pots, full service set and cutlery.
• Living room: additional double bed, shelves, drawer, TV with satellite, vacuum cleaner and dryer rack.

Blankets, pillows and towels are included. Basic consumables are usually stored in the apartment (soap, shampoo, shower gel, spices, oil, flour, rice, coffee, cocoa, tea, sugar etc.).

Access

The apartment is located at the beginning of the village on the right side of the main road (see map). Very quiet place ideal for relaxing, yet close enough to the village center, it's only a 5 minutes walk to get to the shops or to the slopes. In the wintertime there's a free shuttle service operating to transport skiers to the main lift, it has a stop in 200 metres distance.

Parking is free right before the house.
